Everyone is full because we chowed down just now. Here are the results
Tracy says Gals win for flavor but the texture and cooking method of Guys gives a good result.
Dara says ditto and will add Guys flavor is very spicy which we all like it sweeter and sort of has a chili flavor so I would love to use it in a chili minus some of the cayenne pepper.
Jessica says Guys texture of the meat reminds her of beef brisket which is good but was too chili like for her and she likes the sweetness of the Gal’s.
Tom says love the texture and look of Guys but the chili seasoning was over powering. The flavor of the Gal’s was more subtle and sweeter which he likes.
Sorry Guy but I guess my family likes the Gals better… If you want to enjoy Guys Pulled pork con huevos recipe its on page 225 of his book.
