While shopping at Wal-Mart, my sister Tracy found the new Gui Fieri Cookbook (AWESOME!) We both love Diners, Drives and Dives, and have been to the Indianapolis locations shown on "Triple D". After scanning over the book, I had a great idea. Tracy & I love to cook and experiment so...I suggested that we do a spin off of "Julie &Julia" (funny movie) but it would be called Gal Fieri.
After discussing this idea with Tracy, we bought the book, and decided to cook all the recipes of the book and video blog our experiences. We enlisted my husband to film the cooking shots and my daughter to edit and maintain our website.
